Janie was introduced to the benefits of fitness when a busy career, family and a lifestyle not focused on being healthy found her desperate to make changes. Her struggle with her own weight sparked a desire to help others reach their health and weight loss goals, so she completed training in the Ideal Protein protocol.

Janie keeps the pounds off by staying active, eating healthily and helping others fulfill their fitness goals. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends riding motorcycles, hiking, camping, golfing, swimming, watching movies and dancing.
